LIIA welcomed the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament delegation

On the 8th of September, LIIA welcomed the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament delegation led by Secretary General An Yuejun. Both sides were discussing the issues of global safety and stability, as well as the actualities of both represented countries and Sino-Latvian relations.

Mr. He Jun, Vice President of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD), Mr. An Yuejun, Secretary-General of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD), Ms. Yao Xiaonan, First Secretary of Bureau VI (East European and Central Asian Affairs), Mr. Lin Yongfeng, Third Secretary of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD) and Ms. Wang Qing, Assistant Secretary of the Chinese People's Association for Peace and Disarmament (CPAPD)

Latvian Institute of International Affairs was represented by Mr. Andris Sprūds, Director of Latvian Institute of International Affairs, Ms. Una Aleksandra Bērziņa-Čerenkova, Head of the New Silk Road Programme (LIIA), and Mr. Māris Andžāns, Research Fellow at the Latvian Institute of International Affairs.
